The rooms are older, which detracts from the overall experience!!! A little update on mattresses would go a long way!!! Also, the breakfast situation seemed overly complicated for a simple meal!!! More clarity would help!!!

The welcoming staff created a pleasant atmosphere, and the spacious King Room provided ample room for my family and dog. Breakfast options were terrific, featuring both complimentary meals and a full menu for extra choices. However, the breakfast inconsistency regarding my child's charge was perplexing, and some dishes could be improved. my biscuits were undercooked, and the coffee left much to be desired.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy spot, especially the on-site restaurant which provided delicious meals. It was perfect for our big family, as the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable for our two teenagers, making our visit enjoyable.

My kids wished for better breakfast options.

Just a smart choice for a relaxing holiday in Sweetwater with fantastic value for money. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good, which was a nice surprise. Just check if the ice machine is working before you need it.

after a rough night at a previous hotel, our stay here was a delightful surprise. the king room was spacious and clean, perfect for us and our dog. breakfast was amazing with fresh options and even a full menu to choose from.

The King Room was spacious with a private bathroom and a comfy bed. Enjoyed the hairdryer and free toiletries. There was a microwave and fridge for snacks. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and we loved the eggs and bacon at breakfast. Great for dogs too!

after a rough stay in sweetwater, ranch house motel was a breath of fresh air. the king room was spacious, very clean, and ideal for us and our dog with easy access to walk him outside. breakfast was awesome with hot options that exceeded our expectations.
